Logo and corporate stationary design
If you have an existing logo that you want touched up or “refreshed”, consider our no-frills, budget priced Quick Fix package

  • Total price, only $249
  • 2 different concepts on your logo will be presented for you to select from
  • 2 rounds 1of design alteration
  • Your deliverable shall include all digital files: images (GIF and JPG at 72dpi for web), vector files which can easily be resized & used for printing purposes in *.AI (illustrator) format, high resolution image *.TIFF, *.EPS in RGB, JPG colored/grayscale
  • Final logo in grayscale/black and white format for faxes and newspaper advertisements
  • 3-5 business days time frame
  • You'll have copyright ownership rights

First Step package is designed for our small business, or just-starting-out business clients.

  • $379 ( $200 initially, balance of $179 to be paid upon completion of project)
  • 3 different ideas and concepts on your logo will be presented for you to select from
  • We will go through 4 rounds of alterations after we narrow down the concepts to one
  • Your deliverable shall include all digital files: images (GIF and JPG at 72dpi for web), vector files which can easily be resized & used for printing purposes in *.AI (illustrator) format, high resolution image *.TIFF, *.EPS in RGB, JPG colored/grayscale
  • Final logo in grayscale/black and white format for faxes and newspaper advertisements
  • 5-7 business days time frame

Web Look Package is for the business that wants a little of everything: a Logo/Product Design, and a business presence on the Internet with a professionally designed website layout. Imagine your website coordinated just right with your brand new logo/corporate colors. No pre-made, cut and paste generic templates here! Your clients will never guess how much you invested in your website! We provide a layout that is simple to navigate and yet looks just the way you want it.

  • $699 ($300.00 initially, balance of $399.00 to be paid upon completion of project)
  • All of the features offered in our First Step Package, plus:
    • 1 Custom and unique website template design that will stand out
    • We will provide you with source .PSD and HTML document after completion
    • Blending of your logo theme and colors within website layout
    • After payment we will contact you via email for detailed website feedback

Development of a web site
This particular service is hard to quote - on average, to design the look and create a simple static (i.e., no animation, no interactive functionality, you supply the images) 5 page web site will cost from $650 with each additional page costing from $75 - $100. Please call us and tell us what you would like and we will come back to you and provide the most economical as well as the most extravagant solution and you can choose either one or something in between.

Design of promotional materials
If you have all the images available and just need to arrange them in an appealing format, with minor adjustments and create a clear and catchy message, than look no further than our Quick Ad package. What you get:

  • Total cost $85
  • We create your desired ad in colour (CMYK - print ready colour model); black and white and grayscale formats
  • 300dpi resolution that will deliver the best quality
  • All files - Adobe Photoshop layer model (for any future editing) in .PSD; Image file in .JPG/.JPEG; Adobe Acrobat file .PDF
  • We will gladly offer 3 rounds of adjustments (each additional request for adjustments or changes will be charged to you at $30)

Pro Ad package is for those who would like to take a more creative approach to ad design or would like to include high quality images that are not readily available. If you are looking to stand out and are open to advertising suggestions this is for you. We can create magazine ads; promotional flyers (single or multi page); sell-sheets for your products; brochures (project-by-project pricing applies), and other print advertising materials.

  • Total cost $499 + the cost of any additional stock images (price does not apply to brochure design)
  • We create 3 concepts with positioning statements including target market definition
  • Your ad in colour (CMYK - print ready colour model); black and white and grayscale formats
  • 300dpi resolution that will deliver the best quality
  • All files - Adobe Photoshop layer model (for any future editing) in .PSD; Image file in .JPG/.JPEG; Adobe Acrobat file .PDF; QuarkXpress or Adobe In-Design print layout files

Event management
Our experts have developed extensive knowledge in arranging National and International events. So if you want to participate in a trade show, exhibition, conference, organize a christmas party, arrange a sales meeting, set-up a client appreciation event - we are here to help. We only ask for one thing - lead time! Remember, to get the best venue or location you have to plan early (as well thinking ahead can save you a lot of money).

We have three options available for you to choose from:
1. Consulting - you tell us what your project is and we will create a detailed step-by-step road map for you to execute. We will layout when and what venues you should contact, what you should ask them for, what hotels you should consider and what process to follow to make sure your attendees get their rooms, when and how to book the best travel arrangements, how to find local entertainment providers or venues, and all other steps to take in creating a successful and memorable event. For this service we charge $250.

2 Executing - you tell us your ideas and we arrange the event for you. The only thing you will need to do is tell us your budget, preferences and appoint a contact person, who can make decisions about your event. We charge 10% of event budget or $500 whichever is greater.

3. Supporting - for a $15,000 annual retainer fee we will take care of all you recurring or ad-hoc event projects. This is much cheaper than hiring an extra staff member!

IT Planning/Procurement/Deployment/Security
To provide you with an accurate quote we need to understand your needs and the complexity of your projects. We charge $110/hour on these projects. Before we start we will do our very best to try an accurately forecast what we expect your final investment to be. However, as projects develop we found that sometimes we finish under initial budget and sometimes we have to exceed it.

IT On-going support
Pricing for this service will greatly depend on the options you choose. For your planning purposes please use the following guidelines: monitoring of 5 to 10 PC network will (on average) cost $350 - $600 per month. The cost of installing a monitoring server and applications will result in a one time investment of $650 and two to four hours of weekly support.
